MANAGING DIRECTOR - DEAN MILES
Mr Dean Miles – Managing Director / Owner
Dean has been in the civil and construction industry for over 18 years. He is an accomplished professional with a proven track record in leadership and strategic management.
His background includes senior management positions delivery projects to the Infrastructure and Transport industry, Civil construction Industry and the Mining sector.
He has managed projects throughout various parts of Australia, from being involved with large scale projects with clients such as MRWA, to working in some of the most remote parts of Australia for other clients such as Local Government’s and Shires.
As the Managing Director and Founding owner of DM - Civil Roads and Construction, Dean brings with him a wealth of experience to the table, driving operational excellence and fostering growth across diverse industries.
Dean has been working in the civil and construction industry for many years, and has extensive knowledge in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management and Supervision of projects.
He begun his career in the industry as a blue collarworker learning and understanding all the different aspects of the industry. Over his career, Dean has evolved his skills to be a fully competent plant operator, with his main skill being Final Trim Grader Operator.
When Dean isn’t in the office preparing tenders or attending to business management, he is found on the forefront of our projects site, engaging in site construction activities.

•Shire of Menzies – Road reconstruction Menzies North Road and Evanston Road – December 2022
•Ora Banda Mining - Borefields construction and 18km piping installation - May 2023
